ptirpude	Posted - 06/26/2006 : 02:39:44 What date format is accepted from the following for Effective Date and Expiration Date in Report Security? a) DD-MM-YY b) DD-MMM-YYYY c) DD-MM-YYYY If we apply Report Security to a particular report, say XYZ, do we need to publish XYZ to be view by users other than Admin? admin	Posted - 06/29/2006 : 05:44:27 The date format depends on the local of your SQL Server. In US the format is like 12/31/2006. Users other than admin can publish reports to be visible by other users. A �writer� can publish to any folder. A �non-writer� user that can have report publish permission to a folder too (please go to Design > Security).
