Hello all,

I have a problem when exporting data to excel. I was able to replicate the problem multiple times on my machine. The error message information says that the page cannot be displayed. Can you please suggest how to fix the problem?

Are there any limits to the amount of rows or data that can be exported? The system seems to have problems exporting more than 373 rows to excel. I experienced the same problem when trying to export around 350 rows. If there data is summarized and there is a limited amount of data displayed, then the system does not have any problems.

Hi, unfortunately I am not able to reproduce this problem with Foodmart 2000 Sales cube, because there isn’t a lot of data to emulate my report.

I enclosed a link to my report with 350 rows. Please follow the link and login with provided login credentials. Thanks!

Sorry but I could not login. The error I get is:

You must login using the left navigation bar of SixNet

Anyway, I see that you are using classic asp version of Report Portal. I believe classic Asp had a limitation of the amount of data cat can be submitted. ASP.NET on the other hand does not have such a limitation.

I recommend that you try the ASP.NET version of ReportPortal.
