Hello everyone,

I'm obviously new to Report Portal. I just created an OLAP report with my admin user and I want to allow any users in my role "ReportViewers" access to run it. How would I go about doing this?

I've searched the forum, but I think I might be missing the boat on terminology or something.

Thanks a million!

To publish a report so that users in a role can see it:

1) Save your report in a public folder (not My Reports or its subfolder)
2) Right click on the public folder and select Security. Add roles or/and users that need to see the report.
