My client in South America able to access and work in Report Portal.
However, the flash graphs are not working.
He tried to create the flash charts and got the blank window.
In the top left hand corner there was little box with red ‘x’ symbolizing that image cannot be found.
When I run the same flash charts here in house, they all show up fine on my end.
Are there some type of settings which need to be switched ON to display flash charts for my client?
Your response is greatly appreciated.
Feel free to ask me questions if you like.
