If I have a KPI with percentages, the value formats do not match with the goal formats.
For instance I set a goal of 40 (not report based), as the measures were percentages. I added the % symbol to the units box, and the previous value and current value shows up correctly, but then the icon did not measure correctly.
If I deleted the %, the units showed as numbers and not percent.
I did a few more steps changed to goal to 0.40, kept the % in, and took it out. Regardless what I tried the either the goal formats did not display the correct informtion, or the icon calulation did not work.

The percent goal should be expressed as a number between 0 and 1 (1 is 100%). The Units should be set to %.
When the goal is based on a report value this approach works, however, when you just enter the value (like 0.40) it does not get formatted. It is a problem that was reproduced and will be fixed in the next build. |
