We have a user who gets an error when trying to print a report from the report portal. When the print shortcut is pressed, the error "Object doesn't support this property or method" error appears.

If another user logs onto the same workstation then the error does not occur.

Using report portal 2.0

What causes this? All Active-x controls etc are enabled...

I believe this problem is fixed in the current build.

What it you build number? You can see by opening this file:

C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ReportPortal\BuildNumber.txt

There two ways upgrade to the current build.

1) Uninstall the previous version of Report Portal. Choose "NO" when asked to delete the database. Download the latest build form the same location as the previous one. Install Report Portal by double clicking on ReportPortalSetup.msi file. Choose the same database name used by the previous version.

2) For automatic update go to Programs > ReportPortal > Application Setup. However, because build 70 had a problem updating the ReportPortal.dll I would recommend using method #1.
