The issue existed in <= Build 117 and was partially resolved, however an error message is still generated when trying to navigate to a child dimension in the named set dimension tree where both the child and parent have an apostrophe in the name. i.e. try navigating to Portfolio -> Attourney General's Department -> Attourney General's Agency
