When I view a wide OLAP report, sometimes the scroll bars show up at the bottom, and sometimes they do not. If I have maxed out the screen in IE, the scroll bars disappear. If I resize the scroll, bars re-appear, but if I keep resizing they disappear again.

I know that IE or RP is automatically re-sizing, and sometimes the very right columns will snap in so I can see everything, but often they do not. If I resize to see the very right data, scroll out there, then resize again, I am stuck and cannot scroll back.

Thanks
Bruce

Bruce,

What OS, IE Version and Screen resolution do you have?

Can you reproduce this problem with Foodmart 2000 database Sales cube? If yes, can you please provide exact steps and screenshots? Please email them to support@ReportPortal.com

I do not have Foodmart installed. However I have Win Xp pro xp2 with all patches, i.e. 6.0.2900.2180 xp2, and screen set to 1152x864 x 32 bits.

The problem seems to be that the titles of the columns not wrap, but that the colummns of the field name do wrap. Can I send a screen shot with some of my data instead of foodmart?

Thanks

Bruce
PS we are getting the real version instead of the demo version, so perhaps this might change

We need to be able to reproduce the problem. Can please send your Analysis Services database (given it is under 10 MB) in CAB or cube format?

Here is an article of haw to install Foodmart 2000 database:

Thanks for the screenshot and data. It seems that the problem happens in design mode when too many measures overflow the available space in drop pane.

This problem should be fixed in the next release. For now a workaround to this problem is to change zoom form 100% to 101%.
