Nicole,

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce your problem. Can you please try to re-create it using the Foodmart sample database? Please provide detailed steps.

Thanks,
Igor

Igor,
I tried to export a report from your online demo server to Excel, and everything is ok.
I think there is a problem with the regional setting on my server
decimal is .
thousands is ,
but on the report portal page via IE i Have for exemple 119 236,32 !
In the setting of report portal , client settings is English.
I don't understand what's happen

we are facing exatly the same problem ...
Did you find a solution for it ?

Maybe the following information may be helpfull ?

My PC is setup in german and the download works fine. All the separators (decimal point and thousand separator) are transfered

My frensh collegue (PC Setup in Frensh) has the same problems than those described by Nicole.

It seems that both the decimal and thousand separators are converted to points.

We habe allready changed the windows coutry setiings of the frensh PC to German without success

Any help would be appreciate

With kind regards
Jacky
