I've looked and haven't found one, but is there an option in the Admin OLAP settings or in an individual OLAP report settings to display blank (null) cells as 0?

You can create a calculated measure like:

IIF([Measures].[Unit Sales]=0, 0, [Measures].[Unit Sales])
