When user in South America tries to Export to Excel from a Report Portal Web site, clicked the "Export to Excel" toolbar button. The Result table is not exported to Excel. Internet Explorer generates the following error message:
Internet Explorer cannot download Excel.xls from the Internet site Site_name.
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The request site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.
When I try to Export to Excel from a Report Portal web site here in Arizona, I don’t get any errors.
I would appreciate if you can give me some pointers to resolve this problem.
