Hi

How do we compare the qtr to qtr, month to month comparisons between 2004 and 2005 in reportportal?

We have one time dimension to support this but I am not sure how to create a report?

You would need to create a calculated member, which requires little knowledge of MDX. Below are some useful links:

rcdba: Another useful little MDX function for calculated members is PeriodsToDate(). This let's you get Month/Quarter/Year to date, even if you have a "custom" time dimension that isn't really a time dimension. (For example, a budgetted month may be much different than the calendar month).
