How can i set default report (say a dashboard report that i create)
as the report that automatically comes up upon login for a user ?

Go to Amin > Settings > Default Report Id

This setting seems to be at application level. Can it be set to diff values for diff users?

maybe also nice to have per user:
- default report
- default style sheet
- default lanquaqe
- own private folder and reports
