I can not locate the OLAP action wizard. Where do I go to create an OLAP action.

The OLAP actions are created on the SSAS side using Analysis Manager (2000) or BIDS (2005+). You can see the actions in ReportPortal by right-clicking on a data cell or right-clicking on a dimensional member.
