Do you have instructions for installing Report Portal on a web server which does not have SQL Server installed? Also, are there any problems with this two tier server environment and using Integrated Security?

I installed all of the pre-requisite components:
- .Net Framework
- MDAC 2.8
- MSXML 4.0
- XMLA SDK
- Pivot Table Services (PTSFULL.exe)

When I run the setup for Report Portal, everything is fine until the last piece which configures XML for Analysis. I keep on receiving errors when entering my connection information. I ended up hitting cancel and have been attempting to manually configure the datasources.xml file with no luck. It seems that authentication is not working properly.

Also, on another note, the "Repair" feature in your installation does not work.

Thanks,

Here is the error messages I get when trying to connect to an OLAP datasource while designing a new OLAP report:

- Errors xfaultcode->Server xfaultstring->Unknown server error xfaultsoap->

The connection box then lists no servers in the dropdown.

Sorry... I fixed that problem. I had security issues in IIS with the XMLA ISAPI.

XMLA should be configured with and admin or guest for internet security in IIS Admin. Than all should work fine.
