Hi guys,

We have just done an upgrade to Build 191 from 188.

Our users can not see their My Reports. If they are admin or Writers they can, all other users can not.

I have tried to find something in setting but with no success. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi.

We have now resolve our issue. We hadn't assigned the owner rights to the users "My Reports" reports. They could see the folder when a new report was saved.

Reassign the rights and we're all go.

Please go to Admin > Settings > Report Tree and make sure that My Reports is not set to None.

Also can you please backup, zip and email your ReportPortal database to support@ReportPortal.com?
