Posted - 01/18/2005 : 16:59:25 We've got RP 1.5 installed and working for everything but SQL reports. Clicking on Design...SQL Report immediately gives an IE Error (HTTP 500 - Internal server error Internet Explorer).
Any ideas? It doesn't even get to the connection stuff, even though I believe I have successfully configured a SQL connection or two via Admin...SQL Connections. |

Posted - 01/19/2005 : 10:54:33 Never mind. It was all due to a typo in the connection string. BTW, I typed the connection string by hand because I didn't realize that clicking on the words "Connection String" in the SQL connections page brought up a dialog. You have to look carefully to notice that this is an active link. I think it would be helpful to put something that looks like a button so that it's more obvious you can create a connection string on this page. |

Posted - 01/19/2005 : 10:18:04 I have done that and now get a completely blank page. Absolutely nothing on it. |
