After installed XMLA and report-portal on my win2003-server, I bring up the report-portal login page and try to login w/admin ps:admin and it gives me an HTTP 500 - Internal server error
Internet Explorer. I am sure that this is related to some IIS 6.0 permission issue, but don't know where to look. any idea?

To make the error visible in the Internet Explorer go to: Internet Explorer > Tools.. > Internet Options > Advanced Tab > Uncheck "Show Friendly Error Messages".

For Windoes 2003 you will also need to enable (http://www.reportportal.com/images/Windows2003.jpg) ASP’s "parent paths" for a Web Site or application when using relative paths in include statements. This is disabled by default in IIS 6. Make sure that Active Server Pages are allowed (http://www.reportportal.com/images/Asp2003.gif) in the IIS 6 console. Please refer to this [http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;226474&Product=iis60] Microsoft knowledge base article. You will also need to explicitly enable (http://www.reportportal.com/images/ISAPI.gif) ISAPI extensions for XML/A to work.
