Hello

From time to time I have problems saving reports and creating folders. I dont get any error message, so for all I know, everything works fine, until I try to access the folder or report I thought I created. It was never created...

It seems it is somehow linked with synchronizing users with the NT domain. I am using an NT account with admin rights in the portal and still cant save anything. What could the problem be?

Sorry, but it doesn't make any difference...

I guess a related problem is that the save report dialog closes immediately as it opens, without giving you the chance to save it.

It is possible to save a report, but first you have to empty the temporary internet files directory.

It looks like the Report Tree page (http://localhost/ReportPortal/reportTree.asp) is getting cached. Try to do the following:

1) In IIS console open properties for your ReportPortal site > Click HTTP Headers tab > check Enable Content Expiration - Expire Immediately

2) Make sure that there in nothing between your web server and client such as Microsoft ISA Server that could cache the page.
