"When you chose accounts from the multi select in the filter there is a search functionality which makes it nice and easy to find an account if you can't remember exactly where it is in the hierarchy. The only thing is when you select an account using the search it loses the previous accounts you have selected. This makes the search functionality useless. Also I notices yesterday if I picked an account from the list - say an asset and then closed the tree (by pressing the +/-) the tick for the account I selected sometimes disappeared (this did not seem to be every time). If we could fix this then setting up reports or named sets where we are selecting various accounts will be much, much quicker."

1) It sounds like a good idea for the search dialog to have an option to replace or preserve current selection. This should be added to the wish list.

2) You are right. When "Show Filter empty items" option is on, a member becomes deselected when the tree is collapsed and than expanded again. This seems to be a problem for named set. The next build should have his option off for named sets.
