Is there any way to integrate my website (not NT users), with RP without asking to login again?

Yes, there is a way. Please take a look at the URL Integration SDK (Admin > Settings > Security tab > Download URL Integration SDK)

If this does not satisfy your requirement we can design a custom solution for you or you can purchase Universal license (with source code) and do it yourself.
