Hi
We have a KPI called withdrawals, these have negative values. The closer to 0 the better for this KPI.

Our KPI has a goal of -3 a current value of -4 and a previous value of -9. The current value has a red cross by it which is correct as we are not meeting our goal. Previous Value has a red arrow in the upwards direction. This is not correct as the withdrawals have decreased, this should be a green down arrow (a green up arrow would be alright as well).

I'll leave you to work out the logic as I'm aware if we change this one it could affect the net sales which spans positive and negative.

Cheers.
