I try to email report to other users(those users have username and password created in the system), however when user open the hyperlink from their email, there is nothing displyed on the report view but the toolbar only. But if I've login the reportportal system, once I click the hyperlink from email, it is no problem to display the report completely. It is something to do with authentication when dealing with email report? I see your URL has appended some user authentication information in the "emailed" report page. Does anybody come across with this situation?

Do you get a JavaScript error when you see the “toolbar only” page?

An application user should be able to view the report in the email as long as the sender of the report link still has permissions to view the report.
