Igor,

i´m testing the sync users feature and, when i add some users it creates the role which the users belongs to. Then if i add some other users from that group, a new group is created in report portal with the same name. Is this correct?

Is there any documentation about this features and the "Create NT Users and Roles" feature?

The feature works when you check “Create NT users and Roles” on the Admin Setting page. You have to enable only the Windows Authentication on these pages:

\admin\user.aspx
\admin\role.aspx
