In build 56, i don't seem to be able to save pie chart tree reports.
When i click on "Save" nothing happens. Is that normal for that build?
I have looked in the ReportType table and doesn't have a report type for pie chart tree, is that the root cause of the problem ? |

I don't know if you have a support / maintenance contract ?
Ask Igor (sales@reportportal.com) and I am sure he can help you.
In any way I would like to advise you to use the latest build.

i found the reason. there were missing report types in the ReportType table. Might have missed some bits of the table.sql code when ugprading.
do i have to purchase the tool again to go to latest build? i have got a server license? |
