Subscriptions are working for SQL reports but not for OLAP reports. History reports the following error.
Execute Error: Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.

The problem is that the user used for the RP Scheduler Windows service does not have access to XMLA virtual directory. You can:

1) Give the user access by using Windows Explorer and SSAS roles security.
2) Change the user used by RP Scheduler Windows service
3) Use Anonymous Access for XMLA virtual directory
