Posted - 02/16/2012 : 12:45:22 I am again encountering problems trying to export a report with a chart to a PDF.
When I attmept to export a report with a chart to a PDF file a dialog box appears with the capturing image message. Then the chart area goes "blank" and the PDF never appears. I can no longer get any data in the chart area and I must remove the chart via the "no chart" option.
I am at Build 171/177?. (Admin displays 171 but with a Jan 2012 date so I think it is build 177 and the update check states that I am on the current Build)
The PDF export was working in recent weeks. I am not clear at what point it stopped working. I have cleared temp internet files. I have tested with IE8, IE9 and Chrome. All with the same results.
I have tested on the reportportal admin site and the PDF export with a chart works fine.
Any hints on next steps?

Posted - 02/16/2012 : 13:16:24 I did additional testing on our "test" server and the PDF export with a chart works fine via the test server.
So how can I determine if it is a security setting or or some configuration setting? Or a missing part of the install.
