Hi!

We are moving our BI server to another network and we need to change IP address and server name.

Could be a problem with the license?

The steps for moving to another server are:

1. Uninstall RP from your old server. The server will try to contact RP licensing server to un-register your licences. If the RP licensing server cannot be reached you will get the un-registration code. If you do, please email the code to support@ReportPortal.com.

2. Install RP on your new server.

Actually we are not moving to another server, it is the same server but we need to change servername.
