It takes 4 clicks (see below) to load an OLAP report from a folder to design? Perhaps you could consider using right click functionality such that when user right clicks on report in the 'View' area, they then are able to choose an option called 'design'?

1) Design
2) Olap Report
3) Cancel the connection window
4) Click to load the report into designer view
