Restricting to top/bottom members

• Click the "Show Only Top" toolbar button.
• Select the Restriction Type:
  1. Do not Restrict - remove all restrictions
  2. Top count - select only a number of top records
  3. Top percent - select only top percent of records
  4. Top total - select only topmost records whose cumulative total is at least a specified value.
  5. Bottom count - select only a number of bottom records
  6. Bottom percent - select only bottom percent of records
  7. Bottom total - select only bottommost records whose sum is at least a specified value.
• Select a measure
• Select a number or a percent
• Select a dimension to be effected by the operation. When "All" is selected rows will be affected.
• Select a level of the selected dimension to be used.
• Select if you would like to see the remaining rows aggregated into one row.
