• To Drill-through to cube details double click on the cell. The cube must be drillthrough enabled in order to use this feature.
• Click "ok" when asked if you want to drillthrough to detail.
• Make sure that Analysis Services security allows drill-through (Right Click cube > Manage Roles > Edit Cube Role > "Options" tab > Allow drill-through.)

Analysis Services 2005 and up provides a way to select specific measures and levels for Drillthrough. The following dialog will appear when a cell is double-clicked.

• Maximum Drillthrough Rows - provides a way to limit number of rows returned to improve performance.
• Measure Group - provides a way to limit measures
• Measure - Hold Ctrl button to select multiple measures
• Dimension - provides a way to limit levels
• Level - Hold Ctrl button to select multiple levels
