Restricting to top/bottom members

• Click the "Show Only Top" toolbar button.
• Select Type:
  1. Do not Restrict - remove all restrictions.
  2. Top count - select only a number of top records.
  3. Top percent - select only top percent of records.
  4. Top total - select only topmost records whose cumulative total is at least a specified value.
  5. Bottom count - select only a number of bottom records.
  6. Bottom percent - select only bottom percent of records.
  7. Bottom total - select only bottommost records whose sum is at least a specified value.
